A new hotel in Santorini chooses solar powered drinking water in stead af bottled water
The latest generation of WaterStillar Works is now installed and will turn the brackish water - which is delivered by truck all over the island - into the cleanest drinking water. No more plastic bottles, transportation, waste and questionable water quality.
The hotel is the CocoMat Santorini resort and they have an impressive restaurant that you can visit without staying in the hotel. Really worth a trip.
