We can now monitor WaterStillar Works remotely and therefore provide a better service.
WaterStillar Works is now fitted with industrial PLC equipment and a number of sensors that reports to the WaterStillar cloud. In this way the WaterStillar Support team will be able to see status of every system in the world and be able to initiate service when needed.
The extensive data collection also allows WaterStillar to document consumption for the monthly invoice - and if WaterStillar should experience that the invoice isn't paid, the system will be shut down remotely.
Most importantly, WaterStillar can learn from the data - what kind of water will cause the need of what kind of service and future system alterations.
