Aquasorb CS is a highly specialized type that is designed to remove potential VOC’s and pesticides that distillation cannot remove. It is a highly microporous granular carbon with superior removal capabilities of low molecular weight, trace level organics. Also a catalytic product with superior performance for chloramine and hydrogen sulphide removal from water.
 
This activated carbon is made by Jacobi, one of the 3 largest activated companies in the world. AquaSorb grades comply with NSF, EN, and AWWA standards for drinking water treatment and also meet the requirements of the Food Chemicals Codex. External assessments relative to the appropriate geographical jurisdiction and application duty, for which the material is used are done by regulatory agencies like NSF in the USA and KIWA in the Netherlands.
